What is this line for:
- To provide an additional 24x7 avenue for MSC status companies in Penang to contact in case of an emergency in the Penang Cybercity.
- This emergency call-line is the initial stage in the overall implementation a city-wide Emergency Rescue Programme (ERP) which is being developed by the State & MDeC.
